~ that I may remember   
soft vision, 
the gift of beauty 
just beyond 
my focus

~ that I may notice
warmth of sun, 
fragrance of earth,
the breeze
that ruffles my hair

~ that I may listen
to the whispers,
knowing ancient
ones are near,
wisdom offered

~ that I may take
some time 
each day
allowing myself
