A Child's Comfort: Baby and Doll Quilts in American Folk Art was published in 1977 but a few used copies can be found. It's a sweet little book with lovely pictures of antique children's quilts as well as some information on their history.

There are very few books on children's quilts in quilt history. Some quilt history books just touch on the topic but the books listed above are the only ones I could find that were fully on doll, baby and children's quilts including information on history.
